What you can order
- With your initials, names or logo. The couple’s initials, their names and the date, a short phrase or your business logo, in your wedding colors.
- In tissue paper or plastic. Tissue paper looks beautiful indoors; plastic handles sun, wind and light rain, for gardens and beaches.
- In lots of 164 ft (50 m). One design per lot; you can mix designs across lots.
You see and approve your design before we cut it, and before you pay you know what shipping costs and what we estimate for import duties.
How your order gets to you
- Tell us about your event. Date, delivery city and state, about how many feet, and your names, initials or logo. A photo of what you have in mind helps.
- We send you a quote in US dollars, with your papel picado, shipping and an estimate of import duties.
- You approve your design. We send you a proof and cut nothing until you approve it.
- You pay once, when you approve, by card, with the payment link in your quote (charged in Mexican pesos; your bank converts it).
- We cut it in 8 business days and it leaves Puebla by DHL Express. We send you the tracking number so you can follow your box to your door.
Shipping
Door to door by DHL Express, with tracking: about 2 business days in transit from Puebla to your address.
Shipping starts at US$129 per box, quoted for your order.
Have a date? We cut your order in 8 business days after you approve your design and pay. Order with your date in hand and your quote tells you the day it reaches your door.
Customs
DHL handles customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient: before you pay, we give you an estimate so you know what to expect. The final amount is set by US Customs.
If something doesn’t arrive right
If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, we replace it or refund you in the currency you paid in. Send us photos of the box, the shipping label and the contents, ideally within the first 48 hours. And if your box is lost in transit, we send you another or refund your payment.

How long does shipping to the US take?
We cut your order in 8 business days after you approve your design and pay, and DHL Express takes it from Puebla to your door in about 2 more business days, with tracking. Order with your event date in hand and your quote tells you the day it arrives.
How much is shipping?
From US$129 per box. We quote it for your order, in US dollars, in the same quote as your papel picado.
