How it works

  1. Tell us about your event. Date, delivery city, how many feet you need, and your names, text or logo. A photo of what you have in mind helps.
  2. We send you a quote and a design proof. Nothing is cut until you approve the design.
  3. You pay once, when you approve the design. By card or by bank transfer in US dollars. Your order is cut in 8 business days.
  4. We ship it to your door. To the US by DHL Express; anywhere in Mexico in 1 to 4 business days.

Plan on about three weeks from approved design to your door in the US.

Questions

Do you have a minimum order?

One lot: 50 m (164 ft), cut into the strand length you choose (most people go with 16.4 ft strands, ten per lot). Each lot carries one design; you can mix designs across lots.

Can you put our names or our logo on it?

Yes — names, initials, a name with an age, a short phrase or a logo. We draw the design, send you a proof, and cut nothing until you approve it.

How long does it take?

8 business days of production after you approve the design and pay, plus shipping: 1 to 4 business days within Mexico, and about a week or less to the US.

How do I pay?

In full, once, when you approve your design proof — we don’t cut anything before that. Pay by card (processed by Mercado Pago and charged in Mexican pesos; your bank converts it) or by bank transfer in US dollars to our US-dollar account (ACH or wire). Your quote comes with a payment link that shows both.

Who pays customs duties?

The recipient. We’ll estimate them for you, but the final amount is decided by your country’s customs authority.

Tissue paper or plastic?

Tissue paper is the traditional choice and looks beautiful indoors. Plastic handles sun, wind and light rain, so it’s the one for outdoor weddings and venues that want to reuse it.

Can you ship to my venue in Mexico?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Mexico — straight to your venue, hotel or wedding planner.

Let’s make yours.

Tell us your date and where it’s going, and we’ll send you a design and a quote.
